| Artists Chrissy H. Studios wants to continue its tradition of creating greeting cards and other stationary products that are charming and adorable yet sophisticated and trendy in design or concept. Our greeting card occasions include but are not limited to: birthday (specific friend and relations), get well, wedding, anniversary, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, thank you, support, encouragement, thinking of you, miss you, new baby (specific gender, twins), new home, Valentine's Day, Easter and graduation. Cards with cultural or ethnic themes are also suitable. |

| Artists Guidelines: We consider all media including but not limited to watercolor, colored pencil, markers, photography, etc. Generally, we like to keep colors soft, pleasing and "touchable." An understanding of color theory is a must. We are looking for whimsical, detail oriented or simple, charming, adorable, trendy and sophisticated artwork. We like working with artists who already have a strong greeting card idea or concept. We rather see your illustration and artwork as close to the finished product as possible with the illustration and text on the outside with greeting on the inside in a 5x7 vertical format. If you are unable to print the the text on the outside of your mock up card, write it on the inside left of the card. Keep inside greetings on the inside right of the card. We also accept a portfolio sampling of your representative style or styles as well. If your style fits our needs, we will work with you to make your idea fit with our line of greeting cards and products. All artists must be able to take direction and finish projects in a timely manner. Send all submissions to the following address. Please, be sure to include your name and contact information (phone number, address and e-mail) with your submission. Feel free to e-mail us with any questions or to invite us to your website. Please, do not send any electronic submissions. In order to save our and your time and postage, please do not send the following: 1. Folk art 2. Victorian art 3. Fantasy art 4. Anime 5. Realisitic landscapes and flowers (unless they are part of a photographic composition) 6. 3-D crafted cards or 7. Portraits Upon receiving your submission: 1. If we do not accept your artwork, we will return your submission only if you have included a self addressed stamped envelope (SASE) of the proper size with the proper amount of postage. We will return your materials within 30 business days. If no SASE is included samples will be discarded. 2. If we feel like your material may be applicable for future use, we will keep your samples on file and will notify you by e-mail or by post within 60 business days. 3. We will notify you if your artwork is applicable to our present needs. Fees, terms and conditions will be discussed at that time.
